One-on-one and no more than two participants at a time supported fully to experience what others take for granted.

gemfields

Fly to Mackay, and we will escort you to the Gem Fields.

Try your luck finding gems and sapphires, and make your own jewellery or gifts for others.

After striking it rich, overnight in a log cabin bunk house like in the old pioneer days with full hotel services available right next door

airlie beach

Travel from Mackay or fly to Proserpine from anywhere in Australia.

You will be picked up and taken to Mantra Club Croc Airlie Beach Resort in the Whitsundays.

Visit nearby islands, the reef and boating activities in this world-famous area.

Eungella

Visit and overnight at Eungella National Park, home of the Australian platypus and surrounded by tropical rainforest.

Have lunch overlooking the Pioneer Valley stretching out to the coast.

Complete this journey with a visit to Finch Hatten bush walks.

Cape Hillsborough

Nearer to Mackay City visit and overnight at Cape Hillsborough National Park.

Social Activities

Swimming

Learn to swim safely in a public amenity. Develop confidence in your ability to be water-safe. Try aqua aerobic fitness classes. Make new friends while learning and having fun in the water.

Movies

Watch your favourite movie, enjoy popcorn, ice cream, and a cold drink, and use your money skills to pay for yourself.

Sailing

For the more adventurous, learn how to sail on a small individual sailboat or crew on a larger sailboat and work as a team. Learn how to tie knots, unfurl sails, and what drives a sailboat.

Horse Riding

Learn to connect with animals, build solid relationships and enjoy the thrill of directing a horse to go where you want to go. Learn how to groom and look after the horse.

Walking

Walking is good for fitness and staying trim. Learn how to set goals and achieve ideal fitness levels. Perhaps do a community-organized marathon to build your stamina—walk together in group settings or individually.

Fishing

Learn how to use a rod and reel, bait a hook, and use a net to bring in your big catch. You will also learn to keep your catch fresh and prepare it for cooking when you get home.
